Prices are listed in USD. Product pages describe materials, dimensions, colors and included pieces. Refer to the applicable product page before purchasing and follow its care guidance. Display colors may vary by screen.
Payment authorization and orders
By submitting a payment request, you authorize the amount shown at checkout through the applicable payment process. A payment attempt alone does not establish an accepted order. Payment and order acceptance depend on the applicable processing and acceptance steps; contact us if you need clarification about an order.
Order fulfillment and delivery
Shipping is free to eligible U.S. addresses. Handling is 1–2 business days and transit is 3–4 business days after dispatch. The estimated combined time is 4–6 business days. The Shipping Policy sets out the fixed GMT−06:00 cutoff, business-day rules and excluded address types.
Returns and refunds
Return requests may be made within 30 calendar days of receipt. The Return & Refund Policy explains item conditions, exceptions for damage, defects and errors, return shipping responsibilities and approved refunds within 10 calendar days.
