A few helpful answers.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and PO boxes are excluded. All eligible orders ship free.
How long does delivery take?
Handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes 3–4 business days after dispatch. The estimated combined delivery time is 4–6 business days, not a guaranteed arrival date.
What is the order cutoff?
The cutoff is 07:00 PM Central Standard Time (GMT−06:00), fixed throughout the year without daylight-saving adjustment. Before the cutoff, that business day counts as handling day one. At or after the cutoff, or on weekends or U.S. federal holidays, counting starts on the next business day. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
How do I care for my pan?
Follow the material-specific care on the product page. Allow cookware to cool before washing. No oven, induction or dishwasher compatibility is claimed unless specifically confirmed for the product.
What is your return policy?
Request a return within 30 calendar days of receipt by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason. Obtain authorization before returning the item to our company address in France. Ordinary change-of-mind returns must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. These conditions do not prevent claims for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
Who pays return shipping?
We cover return shipping for our errors, damaged items and defects. For a change of mind, the customer covers return shipping to France. There is no restocking fee. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days.
How are payments and orders handled?
Payment authorization and order acceptance are handled as part of the checkout process. An attempted payment alone does not establish an accepted order. Contact us if you need help with payment or order details.
Are taxes added?
The checkout tax amount is $0.00. This does not represent a claim that the products are legally tax-exempt.
