30-day return requests
Contact [email protected] within 30 calendar days of receipt. Include your order number and return reason. Please obtain return authorization and confirm the return address before sending your parcel.
Ordinary returns
For a change of mind, items must be unused, in original condition and in their original packaging. The customer pays return shipping to France. No restocking fee applies.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue; photographs can help us assess it. We cover return shipping for company errors, damage and defects. The unused and original-packaging conditions for ordinary returns do not prevent these claims. Contact us to arrange the appropriate resolution.

Refunds
